Talouspäällikkö / Cembrit (Finance Manager)

Ihre Aufgaben
Talouspäällikkönä roolisi tulee olemaan liiketoiminnan kehittämisessä, kannattavuuden parantamisessa ja kasvun tukemisessa. Toimit Cembrit Production Oy:n johtoryhmän jäsenenä talouden asiantuntijana ja tuot päätöksenteon tueksi dataa. Toimit myös taloustiimin esihenkilönä kolmelle henkilölle. Oma esihenkilösi on yhtiön toimitusjohtaja.
 
Vastaat ulkoisesta laskennasta, kirjanpidosta ja tilinpäätösestä sekä kaikista kauden vaiheen (kuukausittain) yhteenvedoista ja raportoinnista. Tässä apunasi on erittäin osaava tiimi, mutta pystyt itsekin tarvittaessa tekemään kirjauksia. Cembritin tilikausi on kalenterivuosi.
 
Valtaosan omasta ajankäytöstäsi kohdistat sisäisen laskennan tehtäviin. Budjetointi ja erilaisten estimaattien tekeminen sekä talon sisällä että konsernin suuntaan on merkittävässä roolissa tehtävässäsi. Muuttuvien kulujen ja palkkojen budjetointi on suoraan talouspäällikön tehtävänä. Myös siirtohinnoittelu ja siihen liittyvä kustannuslaskenta sekä veroasiat kuuluvat vastuullesi. Talouspäällikkö osallistuu myös suurempien investointien takaisinmaksulaskentojen laatimiseen. Talousfunktioon kuuluu myös palkanlaskenta ja viranomaisraportointi sekä ostoreskontra.
 
Toimipisteemme on Lohjan Muijalassa aivan moottoritien kupeessa. Voit työskennellä halusi mukaisesti myös paljon etänä.
 

Ihr Profil
Tehtävän menestyksekäs hoitaminen edellyttää:
 
  • tehtävään soveltuvaa tutkintoa esim. KTM tai (tuotantotalouden) DI/insinööri.
  • vankkaa kokemusta ja osaamista erityisesti sisäisen laskennan tehtävistä, mutta myös ulkoinen laskenta on hallittava
  • taustaa (esim. Business Controller roolista) tuotantoympäristössä (prosessiteollisuus erityisen hyvä)
  • aiempi esihenkilökokemus on sinulle iso etu
  • hyviä ERP:n ja muiden tietojärjestelmien hyödyntämistaitoja, erityisesti Excel on kovassa käytössä
  • henkilönä olet liiketoimintalähtöinen ja kehittämishakuinen, itseohjautuva ja vastuuta kantava
  • olet analyyttinen, kokonaisuuksia ja syy-seuraussuhteita hahmottava
  • sujuvaa suomen ja englannin hallintaa

Your mission
As a financial manager, your role will be in business development, improving profitability and supporting growth. As a member of Cembrit Production Oy's management team, you act as a financial expert and import data to support decision-making. You will also act as a supervisor for the finance team for three people. Your supervisor is the company's CEO.
 
You are responsible for external accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements, as well as all (monthly) summaries and reporting for the period phase. A very competent team will help you in this, but you will be able to make entries yourself if necessary. Cembrit's fiscal year is the calendar year.
 
Most of your own time is allocated to internal accounting tasks. Budgeting and making various estimates both in-house and in the direction of the Group plays a significant role in your task. The budgeting of variable expenses and salaries is directly the task of the financial manager. You are also responsible for transfer pricing and related cost accounting, as well as tax matters. The financial manager also participates in the preparation of repayment calculations for larger investments. The finance function also includes payroll and official reporting, as well as accounts payable.
 
Our office is located in Muijala, Lohja, right next to the motorway. You can also work remotely a lot as you wish.

Your profile
To successfully cope with the task, you need:
 
  • a degree suitable for the position, e.g. M.Sc. (Econ.) or M.Sc. (Industrial Engineering)/Engineer.
  • solid experience and know-how, especially in internal accounting tasks, but external accounting must also be mastered
  • background (eg. Business Controller role) in a production environment (process industry particularly good)
  • previous managerial experience is a big advantage for you
  • good skills in utilizing ERP and other information systems, especially Excel is in heavy use
  • as a person, you are business-oriented and development-oriented, self-directed and responsible
  • you are analytical, understand the big picture and cause and effect relationships
  • fluent command of Finnish and English
